Practise within your comfort. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or breathlessness.
SUN IT UP shares Surya Namaskar for general awareness and wellbeing. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor. Practise within your comfort and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or breathlessness.
If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, back or joint problems, or any other health concern, please consult your doctor before starting.
When breathing with the sun, keep your eyes closed and never look directly at the sun. Choose gentle morning or late-afternoon sun, keep it to a few minutes, and move into the shade if you feel hot, dizzy or unwell.
Children should practise under adult supervision.
By practising with SUN IT UP materials, you take part at your own responsibility.
